I guess it would have cost you a couple bucks more if you hadn't done a lot of the labor on it, enit? Ten K, hey, that makes me feel a bit better about the 4 grand it will cost me soon to fix and rebuild the shower downstairs. The 1954'ness of it has finally began to crack and sag--and of course it is not helpful that I submit it to 250 pounds of stress every time I step into it.
But congrats and kudos and yippee kie yaah! Now what will be the next project?
