School days - dazed and confused.

Today is the first day of the rest of the ...week, I guess.
Class at SCCC start today.
Meredith needs the Prius to get to Group health for an eye exam so I'll have my choice of either the VW or the Vespa.
Nice enough weather, I'll scoot.
Got to leave in half an hour, so I'm not going to post anything this morning.

I've heard so much chatter about "proper" punctuation that I no can no longer write its it's your youre or any of those kind of words without going into an hebephrenic
frenzy of confusion. I sometimes even pass out for short periods.

Like now.

So, your composing/music class
with David is run through SCCC,
or are you taking some other
"adult education"? Does the VW
run well enough and often enough
to run your errands and transport
you on your diverse adventures?
Hopefully Miss M's eye exam is
of the routine kind. Has she had
any cataract surgery yet, or have
you; something to look forward
to, I tell you. I love the "new"
word hebephrenic, which I think
has something to do with the
state or county of schizophrenia,
enit? As to passing out, a gentleman
of your advanced years needs to
be so very careful as to such
activities, because you might hit
your head and remember that
you actually are an eccentric
genius who used to run a
specialty car manufacturing
business, and for a time you
even dabbled in maritime
automobiles. I am off on this
fine Wednesday to see my
old pal, the dentist, to shore
up one of my front teeth.
It seems to be a bit worn
and thin on the edges, and
might crack or break, and
then you and I would have
something else in common;
or did you have that cracked
front tooth fixed a while back?
if you like crime thrillers, get
out and see Ben Affleck's new
film, THE TOWN; boffo.

Schizophrenia used to come in three flavors; hebephrenic, paranoid, and catatonic.
Every time the shrinks realize they can't do any thing about any of it, the change the names to protect their incomes.

Lot's of new and non-organic teeth do I have.

O yeah, VW works fine but not as much fun as the Vespa, also it's colder.
Meredith's eyes are about par for the course. No cataracts as yet, but we all grow old. I may even do it one of these days.

Hey Msr. Savant, join us over
on Tess's blog, because
her Third Annual Willow
Manor Ball is in full swing.
Quite an event. I have stuffed
myself, got drunk, fought a
duel, and danced with Miss
Willow. My date was Carrie-
Ann Moss, but she wandered
off to talk to her pals and other
celebrities as soon as we got
inside. The party lasts until
midnight, so see you there.

Sorry that you did not show up
over at Willow's Ball, or if you
did, you melted into the crowd
and never made your presence
known. What a bash it was'
with everyone's cyber imagination
cranked up to full amp, things
got crazy, and fun, fun, fun
was had by all. And for once,
my enthusiasm was not
intimidating or squelched,
and might even have been
appreciated; made tons of
new friends, vowed to go out
and find some Leonard Cohen
CD's, and drank more cyber
booze than ten ordinary men.
Today is warm and clear,
and the summer of the
Indian wanes, but we fear not
as the leaves are beginning
to turn, and the blossoms
are falling off the tomato
plants, and the grass growing
is slowing down some.
Tonight I am off for a film
club screening of STRICTLY
BALLROOM, and I hope it is
well attended. I have been
struggling with memos and
administrative duties for the
club this last couple weeks,
and that always frustrates me
and brings down my natural
high.

Glenn's date for the Ball was
Carrie-Anne Moss, and she
wore that tight black outfit
as Trinity from THE MATRIX;
a real eye-popping event.
