Amazon

Just spent over a half hour trying to buy 25 bucks worth of stuff.
Now I either have six new "accounts" and no stuff.
Or I have twenty two times what I wanted.
Or who knows WTF is going on.
I could have driven to Everett and bought it at a real store by now.
Repeat line 3

I still can't play the clarinet.

I can't fathom my confusion here,
but when you posted this on FB,
I did not make the "Amazon"
connection. Dumb me. I think
maybe the universe has tried
to do you a favor here. I spend
a hundred or two every month
to fatten the Amazon coffers.
It is like an addiction. The DVD's
and other stuff just shows up
on the porch, or in the mail
box; saving on gas money, and
the stress of actual shopping.

Got a kick, not from champagne,
but by your rant; per usual,
and posted it over on FFTR.
Nice to see you back out there
in the blogosphere. FB seems to
go in spurts for everyone. Some
days, now that the Book fervor
has cooled are quiet; boredom,
distractions, life just usurps all
that delicious networking.
