Cicero

Thanks to Googgle, I find I do know what it means.
It means Oh the times - Oh the customs.
Or perhaps Oh the times - Oh the manners.

By the way, I deliberately misspelled The G-word as a sign of disrespect.

Marcus Tullius Cicero made the
mistake of standing up to and
speaking out against Marc Anthony,
and it cost him his life. His head
and right hand were posted on
the podium where he gave his
last speech.
